Folks, any notion of Liberty that has been shared among us in the United States is only because at its nucleus, well- lodged from our country's inception, there persists a flickering recognition of the blood bought price paid for each of us by Christ Jesus.

"For God so loved the entire world that He gave His only begotten Son, so that if any were to believe upon Him, they would be saved and have everlasting life."

In the Amplified Version the verse reads, "For God so greatly loved and dearly prized the world that He [even] gave up His only begotten ([a]unique) Son, so that whoever believes in (trusts in, clings to, relies on) Him shall not perish (come to destruction, be lost) but have eternal (everlasting) life." John 3:16, Holy Bible. Emphasis Mine

America was founded on that fact as a place of refuge where Christians could flee in order to worship the God of the Holy Bible without fear of persecution.

Yes, as human beings, everyone is made in the image of God. However, when we accept Christ Jesus as our Savior, we become a new creation. You and I really are born again.

To be a Christian is to be an individual member of a collective nation made up of every kindred, tribe and tongue, a nation of truly free people-One Nation Under God.

For Whom the Son of God [individually] sets free, is free indeed! Amen!
