I Love to Tell the Story Lyrics by Katherine Hankey Melody by William G. Fischer
I love to tell the story of unseen things above, of Jesus and his glory, of Jesus and his love. I love to tell the story, because I know 'tis true; it satisfies my longings as nothing else can do.
Refrain: I love to tell the story, 'twill be my theme in glory, to tell the old, old story of Jesus and his love.
I love to tell the story; more wonderful it seems than all the golden fancies of all our golden dreams. I love to tell the story, it did so much for me; and that is just the reason I tell it now to thee. (Refrain)
I love to tell the story; 'tis pleasant to repeat what seems, each time I tell it, more wonderfully sweet. I love to tell the story, for some have never heard the message of salvation from God's own holy Word. (Refrain)
I love to tell the story, for those who know it best seem hungering and thirsting to hear it like the rest. And when, in scenes of glory, I sing the new, new song, 'twill be the old, old story that I have loved so long. (Refrain)
I Need Thee Every Hour Lyrics by Annie S. Hawks Melody by Robert Lowry
I need thee every hour, most gracious Lord; no tender voice like thine can peace afford.
Refrain: I need thee, O I need thee; every hour I need thee; O bless me now, my Savior, I come to thee.
I need thee every hour; stay thou nearby; temptations lose their power when thou art nigh. (Refrain)
I need thee every hour, in joy or pain; come quickly and abide, or life is vain. (Refrain)
I need thee every hour; teach me thy will; and thy rich promises in me fulfill. (Refrain)
I need thee every hour, most Holy One; O make me thine indeed, thou blessed Son. (Refrain)
I Surrender All Lyrics by J.W. Van Deventer and Melody by W.S. Weeden
All to Jesus I surrender; all to him I freely give; I will ever love and trust him, in his presence daily live.
Refrain: I surrender all, I surrender all, all to thee, my blessed Savior, I surrender all.
All to Jesus I surrender; humbly at his feet I bow, worldly pleasures all forsaken; take me, Jesus, take me now. (Refrain)
All to Jesus I surrender; make me, Savior, wholly thine; fill me with thy love and power; truly know that thou art mine. (Refrain)
All to Jesus I surrender; Lord, I give myself to thee; fill me with thy love and power; let thy blessing fall on me. (Refrain)
All to Jesus I surrender; now I feel the sacred flame. O the joy of full salvation! Glory, glory, to his name! (Refrain)
Why am I hosting this Blog?
Here is my short answer to that question. --Folks, the era in which we live supports rebellion against notions of "right and wrong” and clings to notions of preference, a rebellion against reasoned definition in favor of spurious sensation, an era where the starting point, the point of departure of argument can be anywhere including on occasion at the point of truth, but only haphazardly so, and with greater infrequency as we become further removed from the God of the Bible. It would seem that "We the People" in the generic sense are left to the futility of our thinking and the degeneracy of each subsequent act. This problem need not be so for God's people, if we but acknowledge Him. God says that if we rightly acknowledge Him, He will order our steps. This blog is dedicated to that conversation of right acknowledgement of God to His glory in Christ Jesus, Our Savior and King.

OUR STATEMENT OF FAITH ------ ONE NATION UNDER GOD
We believe the Bible to be the only inerrant Word of God. It is our only ultimate and infallible authority for faith and practice.
We believe that there is one God, meaning a united one or compound unity eternally existent in three persons; Father, Son and Holy Spirit as expressed in Isaiah 48:16-17, 9:6-7; Genesis 1:1-3.
God is omnipotent, that is, He is all-powerful.
God is omnipresent, that is, He is present throughout all Creation but not limited by it.
God is omniscient, that is, nothing is hidden from His sight.
In all things God is limited by nothing other than His own nature and character.
We believe the God we serve-- the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob-- is holy, righteous, good, severe, loving and full of mercy.
We believe in the deity of Jesus the Messiah (Yeshua Ha Mashiach) , hereafter referred to as Christ Jesus, and that He is the 'seed of the woman' as God promised in Genesis 3:15 and that His virgin birth was to be a sign to Israel of His Messiahship as stated in Isaiah 7:14 and 9:6-7. God is the Creator, Sustainer, and Governor of everything that has been made.
We believe in the true deity and full humanity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father and in His personal return in power and glory.
We believe in the full deity of the Holy Spirit, acknowledging Him together with the Father and the Son in the works of creation and redemption.
We believe that because of Adam’s sin all mankind is in rebellion against God.
For the salvation of such lost and sinful men, regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely necessary.
We believe that salvation is by grace through faith alone, and that faith without works is dead.
We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit, by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a godly life.
We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and lost; those who are saved to the resurrection of life, and those who are lost to the resurrection of damnation.
We believe that the middle wall of partition which in times past separated Jews and Gentiles has been broken down, the strife between them eradicated by Christ Jesus, Yeshua Ha Mashiach. We believe that the new covenant body of the Lord is composed of both Jewish and non-Jewish people who have accepted Christ Jesus [Yeshua] as the Promised Redeemer and that now they are to worship together in the house of God. We believe in the partaking of the communal elements of the unleavened bread and the wine, as instituted by Christ Jesus at His last Last Supper, and that the elements are symbolic of the Messiah's death and as the ultimate Passover lamb and His resurrection.
We believe in the immersion of believers as commanded by the scriptures as an outward sign of an inward redemption experience, symbolizing the death of the old flesh and the resurrection unto the newness of life.
We believe that God is made manifest in the person of Christ Jesus.
We believe in the spiritual unity of all who believe in and call upon the name of Christ Jesus as their personal Savior and Lord.
