G-20 Coming to the United States Sept. 24-25, 2009

Dear Saints,
The G-20 which is made up of finance ministers and bank governors from 19 nations plus the European Union [represented by the rotating Council presidency and the European Central Bank] is meeting in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA on September 24-25, 2009. The meeting is described as follows:

"The G-20 is an informal forum that promotes open and constructive discussion between industrial and emerging-market countries on key issues related to global economic stability. By contributing to the strengthening of the international financial architecture and providing opportunities for dialogue on national policies, international co-operation, and international financial institutions, the G-20 helps to support growth and development across the globe."

We need to pray for these people and the nations they represent. The folks that will be converging here represent 85% of the worlds wealth. The President of the United States will be chairing the group.

Saints, its very important to pray for all who are in authority. Additional information on the G-20 is accessible to the public at their official website.

These folks need our prayers.

What is needed is wisdom from God to address the world's financial market. But, even more important than the market are the souls of the nations. We should pray for the salvation of souls, the souls of national leaders and whole populations of those nations. Pray for salvation and then the restoration of "right mind" among rich and poor nations alike.

Announcing the Fourth Annual
International Weekend of Prayer & Fasting
for the Victims of Sexual Trafficking
September 25-27, 2009

Dear Friends:
The Salvation Army, the Initiative Against Sexual Trafficking, and the Faith Alliance Against Slavery and Trafficking invite you to join with them in observing the 4th Annual International Weekend of Prayer and Fasting for Victims of Sexual Trafficking.

You can join the observance by organizing workplace and church-based events for prayer and fasting on behalf of those sexually exploited and/or trafficked into the commercial sex industry. To register your participation and obtain free prayer guides (in English or Spanish) register on-line at

Dear Saints,

It's time for the Global Day of Prayer once again. To participate in the ten (10) days of prayer option, we should begin praying for the nations of the world--without diminishing prayers for our nation and for Jerusalem--beginning today, May 21, 2009. Please click for the details concerning:

Collectively, All Believers in Christ Jesus as Savior and Lord constitute One Nation Under God! Yes, collectively Saints, we are among the vanguard "kindred and tongue" that confess that Christ Jesus is LORD!

Since we pray without ceasing anyway, Saints, let's broaden the scope of our daily prayers for the next 90 days to include our brethren worldwide. We will reinforce their prayers as we continue to pray for the United States of America and for Israel.

Also, I ask that you pray about your degree of official involvement in this Global Prayer initiative. God will inform you of your particular role, if any. Ask Him first--- before you register. Let Him confirm in your spirit what He would have you pray about and to make sure that what we do really is His idea. We lean not on our own understanding. Amen!
