Blessed Chanukah (ˈhɑːnəkə -nʊˌkɑː in Hebrew xanuˈkaanukah), Ysrael!

The psalmist of Psalm 121 sings,

"I lift up my eyes to the hills.

From where does my help come?

My help comes from the Lord,Who made heaven and earth!

He will not let your foot be moved; He Who keeps you will not slumber.

Behold, He who keeps Israel will neither slumber nor sleep.

The Lord is your keeper;the Lord is your shade on your right hand.

The sun shall not strike you by day, nor the moon by night.

The Lord will keep you from all evil; He will keep your life.

The Lord will keep your going out and your coming in from this time forth and forevermore."

AMEN!

My Postscript Selection

From Colossians 2 - The Holy Bible[LV]

"Be encouraged in heart and come together functioning in love, so that all may be enriched by full understanding of difference acceptance of Christ Jesus makes,a close walk with the guidance afforded by the Holy Spirit, in order that they may know the mystery of God, namely, Christ, in Whom are hidden for our active discovery all the treasures of wisdom [discernment and judgment-distinguishing right from wrong] and knowledge[accurate assessment of the facts and/or current conditions of things]. Do not be deceived by tricks of speech used to obscure the Truth. For though I am not physically at your location, you and I share common space in that we both live in Christ's body, occupied by the same Holy Spirit, and together delight in seeing discipleship at work furthered by increased faith in Christ Jesus.

Therefore, as was the faith you exercised when you received Christ Jesus as Lord, continue in that same faith to live in Him, establishing a firm grip on Truth as revealed in His Holy Written Word, be built up in Him, be strong and of good courage in the exercise of your faith as you were taught, and praying and giving praise to God without ceasing in gratitude for His grace and mercy shown to us.

And,again I say, do not be deceived and find yourself in captivity, stunned and crippled by empty words and chatter routed in "Sophistry", designed to "tickle" the ears, words strengthened by human tradition and twisted logic that supports this world's system of evil powers of darkness, rather than Truth that is the Rock of Our Salvation, the Lord Jesus Christ." ---Colossians 2 Excerpt from Holy Bible[LV]

Saints,

If you want to know the difference between deceptive rhetoric and just telling the Truth in a way folks can understand, my husband just reminded me of a song the puppet, King Friday, once sang on Mr. Rogers'Neighborhood.
The song was "Row, Row, Row your Boat." You know the song:

"Row,row, row your boat,
gently down the stream.
Merrily, merrily, merrily, merrily,
life is but a dream."

Now, look at Fred Rogers' Lyrics for King Friday's rendition:

"Propel, propel, propel your craft,
gently down liquid solution.
Ecstatically, ecstatically,ecstatically,ecstatically.
existence is but an illusion."

Helpful?
AMEN!
